Prof. Dr. David Bernstein is an innovator, researcher and educator in the field of schema therapy. He is Professor at the Maastricht University where he works within the field of forensic psychotherapy He is the former chair of the Association for Research on Personality Disorders and vice-president of the International Society of Schema Therapy. Bernstein is (co)author of more than 100 publications about psychotherapy, personality disorders, forensic psychology, childhood trauma and addictions.
