Prof. Dr. Berthold Gersons is a psychiatrist and as a distinguished Professor related to the Academic Medical Centre of the University of Amsterdam. He is a senior research advisor at Centrum ’45. Gersons has been active for a long time in the field of social psychiatry and trauma and PTSD. He developed BEPP and proved the effectiveness of it. He gives trainings in BEPP worldwide and treats patients with PTSD. He has published around 250 scientific articles.
