Dr. Ruud Jongedijk is a psychiatrist and a psychotherapist. He is the director of health and healing at the ARQ Centrum'45 and he is involved with the ARQ National Psycho-Trauma Center. He is a member of Vivo International and a teacher at the RINO Noord-Holland. Jongedijk implemented Narrative Exposure Therapy as a treatment method in the Netherlands. He provides workshops and trainings about NET worldwide. He conducts scientific research on the diagnostics of complex PTSD and he wrote the first Dutch handbook for NET; 'Levensverhalen en Psychotrauma. Narratieve Exposure Therapie in theorie en praktijk' (Publishing house Boom, 2014).
