Dr. Matias Valente is the Training Director at the Institute for Schema Therapy in Stuttgart. He is a clinical psychologist and licensed cognitive behavioral therapist with extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. He has been practicing Schema Therapy since 2005, having trained with E. Roediger in Frankfurt. Since 2011, he has been an advanced schema therapist, trainer, and supervisor.
