Prof. Dr. Denny Borsboom is a Professor at the faculty of Psychology in the Psychological Methods Group at the University of Amsterdam and director of its Social and Behavioural Data Science Centre. His research focusses on the conceptual analysis of psychometric concepts, the development of new psychometric techniques and developing formalised psychological theories. He is an associate of the 'Institute for Advanced Study' and a member of the POLDER simulation center.
