Dr. Iva Bicanic is a clinical psychologist and a researcher, EMDR therapist and the head of the countrywide Psycho-trauma center of the UMC Utrecht. She is also the head of the board of the Countrywide Center of Sexual Abuse. Bicanic is specialised in the treatment of victims of sexual abuse. She was nominated in 2018 as most influential person in the public health sector and in 2020 she won the P3NL-price for her contributions to good psychological help for victims of sexual abuse.
