Dr. Theo Ingenhoven is a psychiatrist and a psychotherapist and works for the NPI; a specialised center focused on the treatment of people with a personality disorders. Ingenhoven is a coordinator of the psychiatrists in training and a chair of the countrywide Psychiatry Expert Group. In 2009 is Ingenhoven promoted on the meaning of psycho-dynamic personality diagnostics on the basis of the development profile. Together with others he developed the questionaire for the development profile.
